Head of Customer Success at AppFollow

Janire Rodríguez Indias has a wealth of experience in customer service roles. Janire began their career in 2008 as a Hotel General Manager and Front Office Agent for Areas España. In 2009, they joined NH Hotel Group as a Conference Concierge, where they coordinated events and assisted with customer needs. In 2016, they moved to Trovimap as the Head of Customer Support. In 2017, they joined ReviewPro as the Director of Customer Success, Customer Success Team Leader, and Customer Success Coach. Most recently, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at AppFollow in 2022.

Janire Rodríguez Indias attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Master in Gestión y Organización de Eventos y Congresos. In 2015-2016, they attended ESHOB (Escola Superior d'Hostaleria de Barcelona) and received a Sommelier degree in Hosteleria. From 2001 to 2004, they attended the Universitat d'Alacant and obtained a Diplomatura Turismo in Prácticum Hoteles. In 2021, they obtained a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight.
