Tom Goodwin

Tom Goodwin is the COO of REVIEWS.io at AppHub. Prior to their current position, they served as the Group Managing Director for Smart Group Ltd.'s Catering Division from January 2017 to December 2017. During their time with Smart Group, Tom was responsible for successfully delivering a 12 month contract that reviewed business processes and group collaboration. Tom also oversaw the rebranding of Moving Venue, which lead to 20% growth within 9 months, and helped improve the company's overall catering gross margin by 3%. Tom was part of the senior leadership team and was instrumental in winning the Lords Cricket contract and launching the SMART brand strategy. Tom also supported the implantation of Salesforce during their time with Smart Group.
