Evelyn Oryem

Evelyn Oryem is an experienced payroll specialist with a strong background in payroll processing and accounting. Currently serving as the Lead Payroll Specialist at Appian Corporation since July 2018, Evelyn has previously held roles at Blackboard and Mondelēz International, where responsibilities included compiling payroll inputs, processing payroll changes, and conducting audits. With experience overseeing domestic and international payroll for both large and small organizations, Evelyn has demonstrated expertise in ensuring payroll accuracy, responding to inquiries, and managing payroll journal entries. Evelyn holds an MBA from Liberty University and a BBA in Accounting from George Mason University, complemented by an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
