Emily Rose Sparkman

Emily Rose (Brooks) Sparkman is an accomplished payroll and HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations. Since May 2021, Emily has served as Lead Payroll Specialist at Peak Performers, progressing through various roles including Payroll Specialist and Technical Operations and Marketing Specialist. Prior to this, Emily worked at IHI Power Services Corp. as HR Coordinator/Recruiter, managing recruitment for nationwide roles while also contributing to wellness and COVID response efforts. Earlier experiences include roles at Lawrence Harvey as a Recruitment Consultant focused on high-level positions within the DevOps and technology sectors, as well as previous recruitment and administrative positions at K1 Operations and K1 Investment Management. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach, and has developed foundational skills through earlier roles in customer service and lifeguarding.
