Pavel Zamudio has extensive experience in customer success and organizational transformation, having served as Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Appian Corporation from March 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, Pavel worked as an independent Transformation Innovator from June 2018 to March 2020, focusing on integrating strategy, technology, and collaborative practices. At Salesforce, Pavel held various senior leadership positions, including EVP of Innovation and Transformation Services and SVP of both the Customer Success Group EMEA and Global Services from December 2012 to December 2017. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Monitor Company Group and Fundación San Telmo. Pavel holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering and participated in the Leaders for Manufacturing Special Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
