Michelle Donnelly

Michelle Donnelly has extensive work experience in technical communications and writing. Michelle currently holds the role of Senior Technical Writing Manager at Applaud since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Technical Communications Manager at the same company from March 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Applaud, Michelle worked as a Technical Communications Manager at Compleat Software from August 2018 to March 2020, and as a Technical Communications Specialist from July 2017 to August 2018. Michelle also worked as a Technical Author at Seven Technologies Group from November 2016 to July 2017, and as a Digital Communications Officer at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust from December 2015 to November 2016. Michelle has also held multiple roles at Docman - Delivering Paper Free Care, including Marketing Executive from September 2014 to December 2015, Senior Technical Author from September 2013 to September 2014, and Technical Author from May 2012 to September 2013. Michelle started their career as an Employability Trainer at A4e Learning from December 2010 to May 2012 and worked as an Art and Design Lecturer at Bradford College from September 2008 to December 2010.

Michelle Donnelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Media Communications from Bradford College in 2008. Prior to that, they completed a BTEC National Diploma in Multimedia Design and Photography at the same college from 2003 to 2005. In 2015, Michelle pursued further education in Marketing by obtaining a Certificate in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
