Édio Freitas

Édio Freitas has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Principal Salesforce Engineer - Developer Lead at Applaudo. In this role, they lead different teams of developers, designs project solutions, and develops and maintains Lightning Web Components for the project. Prior to this, Édio served as a Salesforce Developer - Senior at Applaudo, where they designed and implemented a technical interview process, developed Lightning Web Components and service integrations, and refactored legacy custom code.

Before joining Applaudo, Édio worked as a Salesforce Developer - Senior at Qintess, where they were responsible for the customization, development, and support of Lightning Web Components. Prior to that, they were a Salesforce Developer at Globant, working in the Cargill team and contributing to the development and customization of Salesforce for the company's various business divisions.

Édio's career started at GLOBAL HITSS as a Salesforce Developer - Trainee, where they developed and customized Salesforce using various platform features. Édio also served as a Salesforce Developer - Intern in the same company, gaining valuable experience in Salesforce development and customization.

Prior to pursuing a career in technology, Édio worked as a Propagandista Médico at Abbott.

Édio Freitas completed a Bachelor's degree in Analysis and Systems Development at Estácio from 2019 to 2021. Previously, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Veiga de Almeida from 2015 to 2016. Before pursuing their second degree, they studied Business Administration at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Édio Freitas has obtained various certifications, including Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Javascript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Édio also holds the Scrum Fundamental Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy.
