Björn Walther

Björn Walther has a strong background in management and customer relations. Björn has held various positions at Applause, starting as a Sr. Project Manager in January 2015 and eventually becoming the Director of EU Solution Delivery. In their roles, Björn has led teams of Solution Delivery Managers and Customer Success Managers, working closely with other directors and VPs to achieve departmental and company goals. Björn has also been responsible for maintaining and improving enterprise customer relations, consulting customers, managing milestones, and ensuring project success. Prior to Applause, Björn held positions at freenet digital, Fox Mobile Group, and JAMBA, where they focused on handset database and device management.

Björn Walther completed their education at Hochschule Stralsund from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Informatik with a focus on Netzwerk & Multimedia-Technik. In addition, they obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from Brightest Org in July 2018.
