Jim Matthews

Jim Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jim is currently employed at Applause as a Solution Delivery Manager since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PUMA Group as a Project Manager III from July 2022 to August 2022, and as a Project Manager II from May 2018 to June 2022.

Before their tenure at PUMA Group, Jim worked at Agero, Inc. where they held various roles. Jim served as a Project Manager from March 2017 to May 2018, an Associate Project Manager from October 2015 to March 2017, and a Project Portfolio Management Administrator from May 2014 to October 2015.

In addition, Jim was a Teaching Assistant at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from September 2013 to May 2014. Jim also had internships at State Street in 2013 and 2012, where they worked as an Associate Intern from May to August in both years.

Jim Matthews attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their degree, Jim has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
