Shanna Kotin, MA, LMFT has an extensive education history beginning with their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology which they obtained from UCLA from 2007 to 2011. Shanna then pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology from 2012 to 2014.

To further develop their skills, Shanna completed a User Experience Research and Design Specialization at the University of Michigan from 2020 to 2021, focusing on user experience research and design.
