Svetlana I.

Svetlana I. started their work experience in 2005 as a Customer Service Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank Russia. Svetlana then transitioned to the role of a Credit Officer in 2007 and continued in that position until 2014. In 2013, they joined Applause as a Software QA Tester and is currently employed in that role. Svetlana has extensive experience in customer service, credit operations, and software quality assurance.

Svetlana I. began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) between the years 1995 and 2000. In 2016, they attended ITA-STQB to pursue a degree in Software Tester-Foundation Level. Lastly, in 2019, Svetlana I. completed a course in Web Graphic Design at Formazione Infolingue.
