Elton Tasca Borssoi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. 💻 Elton started their career in 2001 as a Programmer at Matrix Internet (Primus Telecom) and held this role until 2006. In 2006, they joined Dígitro Tecnologia as a Programmer before returning to Matrix Internet (Primus Telecom) in 2007 as a System Analyst until 2008.

From 2008 to 2011, Elton worked as a Senior Software Developer at Commcorp. 💻 Elton then transitioned to Jogos do Rei / Portal Social Games as a Full Stack Developer from 2009 to 2014, followed by a role at Behapp Portal LTDA as a Full Stack Developer from 2014 to 2015.

Elton's career took a new turn in 2015 when they became the Chief Technology Officer at TotalVoice Telecom, where they led a team and created a telephony API that increased revenue by 30k in the first 3 months. 💻 Elton remained in this role until 2016.

In 2016, Elton joined Ubity as a Senior Developer until 2017. 💻 Elton then moved to Instant Financial in 2018, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer Team Lead until 2022. In this role, Elton was responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining various microservices solutions, as well as guiding and mentoring team members. 💻 Elton worked with technologies such as NodeJS, Express, Nest, Meteor, React, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, and conducted tests and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Currently, Elton Tasca Borssoi is working at Applauz Recognition as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead, starting from March 2022.

Elton Tasca Borssoi pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. 💻 Elton then went on to further their studies at FIAP, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from 2007 to 2008.
