François Fortier has extensive experience in executive roles and entrepreneurship. In 2005, they became the Chief Executive Officer of KLF Group, a company specializing in building and scaling companies in the Reward Fulfilment & Distribution industry. François successfully managed various assets and built enterprise platforms using technology-enabled services. In 2018, François joined Entrepreneurs' Organization as an EO Member. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Applauz Recognition, leading the development of their award-winning employee engagement and recognition platform. François also serves as an Advisory Board Member at HR.com and is an Angel Investor at Trustii.
François Fortier obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Human Resource Management from HEC Montréal in the years 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey to study International Business/Trade/Commerce, and Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, where they earned a DES & DEC degree without specifying the field of study or the years of attendance.
