Jason Dsilva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Core System Analyst at Apple Federal Credit Union since March 2019, Jason is responsible for optimizing core banking data and systems, including monitoring data quality and system-generated notifications. Previous roles include Branch Administrator and Member Service Representative, where Jason managed administrative tasks and originated consumer loans, respectively. Prior to joining Apple Federal Credit Union, Jason worked as a Sales Associate at ASICS Corporation and as a Sales Stock Associate at Finish Line and Hollister Co., where customer service and sales techniques were successfully developed. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University.
