Sharon Zilberman

Sharon Zilberman has extensive experience in the fields of recruitment and human resources. Sharon has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Food Service Director at Marriott in 1987. From there, they worked as a Corporate Nutritionist at FLIK International before transitioning into recruitment. Sharon worked as a Senior Recruiter and Hospitality Division at Eden Staffing from 1996 to 2001. Sharon then served as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Bravo Development from 2003 to 2005, and as an Executive Recruiter at Segue Search from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they held executive positions at both Core Consulting Team as the Vice President of Recruitment and Apple Insurance and Financial as the Executive Vice President of Operations. At Apple Insurance, they specialized in individual and worksite solutions for insurance needs, while at Core Consulting, they offered an integrated approach to managing human resources through recruitment and benefits administration skills.

Sharon Zilberman attended Syracuse University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nutrition. During their time at Syracuse University, they also specialized in Clinical Nutrition. Additionally, Sharon Zilberman obtained two certifications: "CMS Medicare Certified" from CMS and Blue Cross Blue Shield in October 2012, and "Long Term Care Certified" from the Florida Department of Insurance in January 2012.
