Jumel Reid has extensive experience in the culinary field, primarily as a line cook. Currently employed at Applebee's - Apple-Metro, Inc. since August 2013, Jumel previously worked as a line/prep cook at International House of Pancakes from August 2007 to August 2013 and held similar positions at Madison Square Garden between December 2008 and August 2011, as well as at Buffalo Wild Wings from December 2004 to June 2006. Jumel holds a certified degree in audio production from Touro University, completed between 2009 and 2010, and possesses a diploma from New Rochelle High School, earned from 2004 to 2006.

The fast-casual concept allows diners to create their own pizzas using four types of dough and a number of vegetables, meats, and cheeses that employees help put together in front of the customer.
