H. Elaine Dovas is a highly experienced professional in the banking industry, specializing in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs. With a background in urban planning and urban affairs, Dovas has held various leadership roles in different financial institutions, including serving as a Vice President and CRA Officer at multiple banks. Additionally, Dovas has also worked as a CRA consultant and held positions in community development organizations. Currently, Dovas is the First Vice President and CRA Officer at Apple Bank, where H.
