Chad Engstrom

Chad Engstrom has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Chad worked as the Human Resources Director at Apple Tree Dental since 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Westfields Hospital, leading employee engagement initiatives and improving performance evaluations. Chad was also a member of HHRAM, a professional association, from 2005 to 2013. Before that, Chad held the role of Human Resources Manager at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, where they provided strong leadership and support in all areas of HR. Chad began their HR career as the Human Resources Director at Northern Habilitative Services, Inc, where they served on the Senior Leadership Team and developed effective HR policies and procedures. Chad started their career at Memorial Blood Centers, where they progressed from a Human Resources Assistant to a Human Resources Supervisor, gaining experience in recruitment, training, and leave administration.

Chad Engstrom holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communications & Sociology, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, from the University of Wisconsin - Superior. In addition to their degree, they have also completed the Leadership Trust Initiative Training Program and the Quint Studer Healthcare Leadership Training Program.
