Alexander Wong

Dr. Alexander Wong is a distinguished researcher in artificial intelligence and computational imaging, serving as a Professor at the University of Waterloo and as the Director of Machine Learning Research at Apple. Formerly the Canada Research Chair in Artificial Intelligence and Medical Imaging, Dr. Wong has published over 700 papers and holds more than 30 patents in the field. They are a Fellow of multiple prestigious organizations, including the Royal Society of Canada and the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Dr. Wong's work focuses on deep learning applications in healthcare, particularly concerning cancer imaging.
