Anand Ramadurai

Anand Ramadurai is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in power management and performance optimization across various platforms. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Apple since July 2012, Anand focuses on enhancing battery life and performance across iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and homepodOS. Previously, Anand held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm, overseeing power management infrastructure for multimedia and connectivity, leading an 80-member team. Anand's career also includes significant contributions at Ericsson as a Staff Engineer/Manager, where design and development of the first 3G Base Station controllers were undertaken, alongside early work as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University. Anand holds a Master of Computer Science and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.
