Arek D Firman

Arek D Firman is a seasoned hardware engineer currently at Apple since May 2020, with extensive prior experience at Intel Corporation from July 2006 to May 2020. At Intel, Firman served as Firmware Validation Lead for 3DXP Products, where responsibilities included driving validation test plan development for next-generation Optane storage devices and planning hardware requirements. Earlier roles included Component Design Engineer, where initiatives included leading new validation tool projects and addressing user needs within project testing environments. Firman began the professional journey as a Student Assistant at CalPERS from June 2002 to June 2006 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
