Brandon Rice

Brandon Rice has been with Apple since August 2005, currently serving as a Project Coordinator for SMB & Enterprise Business CE after progressing through various roles, including AppleCare Enterprise and Education Senior Advisor and AppleCare Senior Specialist. In these positions, Brandon has excelled in customer relationship management, training staff, and implementing new policies. Brandon's experience also includes improving sales during a rotation at Best Buy and providing technical support, where outstanding customer service has been consistently demonstrated. Additionally, Brandon is the President of Media Mainfame, LLC, focused on web development, SEO, and freelance photography and videography, although the company is currently hibernating.
