Chong Boon Keng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process development and engineering within the semiconductor and packaging industries. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Chong began a career at DIC Compounds Malaysia as a Technical Engineer, focusing on R&D and laboratory analysis. Subsequently, at Osram Opto Semiconductors, Chong served as a Senior Process Engineer, specializing in silicone dispensing and process documentation. Following this, Chong advanced to Lumileds as a Senior Process Development Engineer, where responsibilities included developing LED packaging processes and optimizing production capabilities. Currently, Chong holds the position of Camera Process Development Engineer at Apple, showcasing a strong background in both technical expertise and project management within high-tech environments.
