Diana Lock

Diana Lock is a seasoned professional serving as Principal Counsel for the Trademark & Copyright Group at Apple since 2021. Previously, they were a Counsel at Fenwick & West, where they specialized in commercial transactions and copyright issues, while supervising a team of attorneys and paralegals. Diana also held clerk positions at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit early in their legal career. They earned a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Wellesley College, graduating magna cum laude.
