Dmitry Kotlyarov is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and data science across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Maps at Apple since 2021, Dmitry leads efforts to enhance Places data quality using advanced AI/ML techniques. Previously, Dmitry held key positions at Dropbox, including Head of Engineering for Search and Cloud Filesystem, where strategic innovations significantly boosted product functionality and performance. At Chatfuel, Dmitry directed engineering teams that propelled user growth to 700 million, while at Microsoft, Dmitry developed the Query Understanding platform for Bing Search. With a foundational career at Yandex, Dmitry built the Image Search division into a leading platform in Russia.
