Eija Manninen has extensive experience in software engineering and design, holding various key positions across multiple companies. Eija began with Nokia Networks as a Software Designer, contributing to the development of the UMTS subscriber security module. At EB, Eija served as a Design Engineer, developing a Unicode collation algorithm for exotic languages. Following this, Bittium employed Eija as Chief Engineer, leading the implementation of components for a reference phone platform. Eija then transitioned to Optomed Oy as Chief SW Designer, leveraging experience in software development for strict medical standards. Eija continued to excel at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Software Developer and Platform Debug Architect, focusing on UEFI and BIOS support. Currently, Eija is a System Software Engineer at Apple, specializing in core OS debug technologies. Eija holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Oulu.
