Elaina Didomenico

Elaina DiDomenico is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion strategies. At Apple Inc., from August 2015 to April 2018, Elaina served as Talent Attraction Manager and Talent Acquisition Leader for Inclusion and Diversity, where recruitment strategies were developed to engage underrepresented communities and partnerships with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund were fostered to connect with talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Prior to this role, Elaina worked in retail talent acquisition at Apple Retail from February 2005 to August 2015 and held the position of District Manager at Banana Republic from January 1991 to January 2001. Elaina DiDomenico holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from the School of Visual Arts, obtained between January 1985 and January 1989.
