Laura Mihai

Laura Mihai, CIPD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, Development, and TenarisUniversity at Tenaris since September 2025. Previously, Laura held the position of Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Aramco, overseeing HR for the Technology Oversight & Coordination organization from February 2024 to September 2025. Laura's earlier experience at Tenaris spanned from 2016 to 2024 in various HR roles, including Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Regional Manager for Talent Attraction, Learning, and Development. Before joining Tenaris, Laura worked at Emerson Process Management, coordinating learning and development processes and managing HR functions. Education includes a CIPD Diploma in HR Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources Psychology and Organizational Health from Babes-Bolyai University.
