Freddie Dickin

Freddie Dickin has diverse experience in the customer service and training sectors. From March 2017 to October 2018, Freddie worked as a Kitchen Porter at BESPOKE CATERING SOLUTIONS LTD. Subsequently, Freddie joined Apple in September 2022, contributing as a Specialist and later taking on the role of  Vision Pro Product Trainer, where responsibilities included delivering training programs, conducting hands-on workshops, and enhancing team knowledge of the Apple Vision Pro. Additionally, Freddie held various positions at Apple, including Specialist, Lead (ISE), Lead Genius (ISE), and Training Lead (ISE). Prior to Apple, Freddie served as a Sales Advisor at Hotel Chocolat from November 2018 to January 2020.
