Hadi Rahmat-Khah

Hadi Rahmat-Khah is a machine learning professional currently employed at Apple since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hadi served as Tech Lead and Senior Platform Developer at DarwinAI from October 2018 to January 2024, and was a PhD student in computer science at Michigan State University from April 2017 to October 2018. Hadi has extensive teaching experience as a lecturer in computer science and adjunct faculty in electrical and computer engineering and physics at Kettering University. Notable previous positions include lead software engineer at the CVPR Laboratory, where Hadi developed an online license plate recognition system, and a software engineer focusing on robotics at both the Center for Advanced Systems and Technologies and the Intelligence Robotic Research Center. Hadi holds a PhD in Computer Science from Michigan State University, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Kettering University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering from Shiraz University. Hadi has received recognition for achievements, including ranking 4th in the 1st National Khwarizmi Youth Robotic Award.
