Hamed Nikfarjam

Hamed Nikfarjam is a Silicon Failure Analysis Engineer at Apple since April 2025, bringing extensive research experience from The University of Texas at Dallas where roles included Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant from August 2018 to April 2025. Significant contributions as a Research Assistant included advancements in basic neural computing through capacitive micro-structures and the development of electrostatic MEMS speakers with enhanced performance. Hamed holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from The University of Texas at Dallas, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
