Hilary Ware

Hilary Ware currently serves as the Head of Privacy at Apple, leading a global team focused on data privacy and representing the company with policymakers. Additionally, Hilary is a Business Leadership Council Member at Wellesley College, a Fellow at the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley, and an Emeritus Board Member at Lambda Legal, contributing to civil rights advancements for the LGBTQ+ community. Hilary also holds a position on the Advisory Council of Diversity Lab, promoting diversity and inclusion in legal fields. Previously, Hilary was the VP & Deputy General Counsel at Discord and served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Netflix, with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory compliance at Google and Heller Ehrman. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Political Science and English from Wellesley College.
