Hugo Fournier is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving in Apple Cloud Infrastructure since July 2017. Prior to this role, Hugo held various leadership positions, including Head of Hosted Operations and Support at lava.ai, and Director of Cloud Operations and Customer Support at TIBCO Software Inc., where responsibilities included managing hosting operations for multiple business units. Hugo also contributed as Sr Director of Customer Care at Certain, Inc., and directed post-sale customer support at Lyris. Earlier career stages included positions at 4D, where management of technical support and documentation were key responsibilities, as well as a technical writer role for an engineering firm. Hugo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and has completed a course in Marketing and Sales from Université de Bordeaux.
