James Austin has over two decades of experience in visual merchandising and retail management. Beginning a career at Homebase from 2001 to January 2003, James held various positions including Development Merchandiser, store management roles, Home Visual Manager, Head of Visual Merchandising & Planning, Project Manager, and Megastore Stock Manager. Since February 2012, James has been with Apple Retail, focusing on visual merchandising for Europe, and since October 2016, has also served as Category Manager for Accessories in the EMEIA region.
