John Bert Rodriguez is a seasoned training specialist with over a decade of experience in the customer service industry. Previously, John worked at TeleTech from 2006 to 2016, where they designed courses and facilitated classes to enhance processes and quality for multiple accounts. They began their career as a Junior Writer at ABS-CBN from 2004 to 2006 and earned a degree from De La Salle University between 2001 and 2004.
