Juan Paz

Juan Paz is an innovative and results-driven music and entertainment executive. They currently serve as the Global Head of Latin Music Business at Apple, overseeing partnerships and collaborations with artists and industry players. Previously, they held positions at leading organizations such as Warner Music Group, EMI Music, and Sony Music Entertainment, where they specialized in digital marketing and business strategies across Latin America and Europe. Juan also founded M3 Music and Peace Music Management, contributing significantly to the development of acclaimed artists and music events, including the long-running Resonancia conference. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad ICESI and a Master’s in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster.
