Kim Scardino

Kim Scardino is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of online safety, telecommunications policy, and advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Online Safety and Senior Partnership Manager, Trust & Safety at Apple since June 2014, Kim oversees significant policy initiatives. Previously, as Chief of the Telecommunications Access Policy Division at the Federal Communications Commission, Kim managed the Universal Service Fund's policies and established reforms for the Lifeline program. Additional roles include Director of Policy & Development at The Family Online Safety Institute and Senior Director of External Affairs & Public Policy at Comcast. Kim holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Political Science from American University.
