Afua Dabanka

Afua Dabanka is an experienced legal and project management professional currently serving as the Head of Legal PMO for Global PMO Ops Legal & Compliance at Meta since October 2021. Previously, Afua held the position of Manager of Legal Project Management at Facebook and has extensive experience at HSBC, where roles included Data Privacy Project Lead and Global Project Manager for Financial Crime Risk & Threat Mitigation. Prior project management experience was gained at Wells Fargo and Citi, with a foundational role at Global Insight in International Data Operations. Afua holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Middlesex University and a Vordiplom in Economics and Social Science from TU Dortmund University.
