Kristof Sochan

Kristof Sochan is a software engineering student at the University of Waterloo with professional experience in various internships, including roles at Apple, Groq, MAGI Inc., and Dolby Laboratories. Kristof has demonstrated skills in backend development, cloud software engineering, and data analysis, notably improving infrastructure provisioning and optimizing data pipelines. Key achievements include developing a live broadcasting service, enhancing third-party API calls, and managing data for real-time analytics applications. In addition to technical expertise, Kristof has served as a finance director for FRC Team 254 and held leadership roles in the Boy Scouts, earning the Eagle Scout rank.
