María José Noriega

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experiences include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a consultancy role as a nutritionist from 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a university lecturer on applied mathematics and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
