Nic Lee is the Owner of Pet Planet Gates of Walden, a role held since 2024. Previously, Nic worked at Apple from 2017 to 2019, progressing through various positions including Lead Genius, where they developed strategies to enhance customer support and team training. Nic also has experience in technical sales with Protek Safety & Controls Ltd. in 2015 and served as a Product Expert and Floor Manager at Future Shop from 2005 to 2011. Currently, Nic is pursuing a certificate in Cyber Security Fundamentals at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
