Patrick Wilhite

Patrick Wilhite has extensive experience in research and engineering, currently serving in Core Architecture at Apple since December 2014. Prior to this role, Patrick was Laboratory Manager at Santa Clara University from 2006 to June 2014, focusing on Carbon Nanotube systems encompassing synthesis and characterization. Additionally, Patrick worked at NASA Ames Research Center from 2001 to February 2014, contributing to research on pre-biotic compounds in Titan and Carbon Nanotube applications, along with earlier roles in physical chemistry and material sciences. Patrick was also a Visiting Scholar at Soochow University in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics, both from Santa Clara University.
