Rishi Laddha

Rishi Laddha is an experienced supply demand planning professional currently employed at Apple since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rishi served as Manager of Global Planning & Analytics at Wayfair from January 2023 to March 2025 and worked in global demand planning at JUUL Labs from August 2019 to January 2023. Rishi's career began at Capgemini, where progression occurred from Analyst to Senior Analyst to Associate Consultant between September 2014 and May 2017. Rishi holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in May 2019, and an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, completed in May 2014. Rishi's academic experience includes extensive coursework in data analysis, production control, and quality control, and participation in INFORMS as an Associate Director.
