Saonyaa Shashan possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Apple since May 2024. Prior to this, Saonyaa worked at Nirvana Insurance as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding specialist from August 2023 to April 2024, and held multiple roles at Gojek, including Executive Recruiter for leadership hiring in the APAC region and Senior Technical Recruiter from August 2021 to August 2023. Saonyaa's earlier career includes a position as Assistant Manager for Recruitment and Employer Branding at Zomato from March 2018 to August 2021, where the focus was on sourcing talent in various sectors. Previous experience also includes roles at Arrows Group Global and a brief internship at Ericsson India Ltd. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from AVADH GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE.
