Shankar Kabilan is a DFT Manager with over 20 years of engineering leadership experience, currently working at Apple Inc since 2015. They have held positions as a Staff Test Engineer and previously as a Senior Product and Test Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, where they focused on end-to-end product and test engineering activities. Shankar has extensive experience in ATE hardware design, test program development, and yield improvement across various companies, including Wipro Infotech Ltd. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras and a Master's Degree in Power Electronics and Drives from Bharath University.
