Sheila Darius

Sheila Darius is a seasoned professional in the fields of Diversity and Inclusion, employee training, and strategic communications, currently serving as a Global Inclusion & Diversity Community Advisor at Apple since August 2020. Previously, Sheila was the CEO and Principal Consultant at Grit & Culture, LLC., where the focus was on developing leaders through a D&I lens. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at L&G Consulting, Inc. and as an Associate Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where programs aimed at fostering inclusivity were developed. Earlier roles involved managing university relations and talent acquisition at State Street, as well as financial reporting as a Fund Accountant. Sheila holds a Master of Science in Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources from Northeastern University and a Leadership Development certificate from The Partnership, Inc.
