Swati Raycha

Swati Raycha is a semiconductor professional currently serving as a HW Technology Engineering Program Manager at Apple since 2025. They previously worked as an IP Functional Validation Engineer at Intel Corporation from 2023 to 2025, and prior to that, served as a Senior FPGA Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India from 2016 to 2018. Swati's career also includes a role as an FPGA Verification Lead at Eaton from 2014 to 2016, where they demonstrated leadership and technical expertise in FPGA verification for aerospace and automotive products. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
