Zana Carbajal

Zana Carbajal is an accomplished professional at Apple, serving as the RCC Learning and Development AMR Quality Program Manager since September 2012, where responsibilities include curating content to enhance coaching standards and drive results. In addition, Zana co-chairs Familia@Apple, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly for the Hispanic community, and has previously held roles as a Senior Manager and Manager focused on customer experience and sales. Zana co-founded The Strong Sunflowers LLC, a self-development podcast for women, while also having a background in training and instructional design with GEICO and marketing with Volt Technical Resources. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Strategic Communications from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Hawaii Pacific University, complemented by various certifications in business leadership and project management.
