Ricci Avella

Ricci Avella has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as the Director of Education and Social Skills at Applebury Behavior Associates since January 2021. Prior positions include House Manager at Open Arms Assisted Living and Child and Youth Program Assistant at the Child Development Center. Additionally, Ricci has worked as a Music Teacher and 2nd Grade Teacher at Paideia Academy and held various teaching positions at Bridges Preschool, New Horizon S.D.A. Primary School, and the Early Childhood Stimulation Center. Notable early roles include a Music Instructor and Teacher's Assistant at Duck Run III Hidden Paradise Government Primary School and an Admissions Secretary at La Sierra University. Ricci holds a Master's Degree in Education Administration and Leadership from La Sierra University and a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education from the University of Belize.
