Mark Holligon

Mark Holligon is a Managing Partner and the Head of Dispute Resolution in the Isle of Man, specializing in insolvency and restructuring, investment funds, commercial litigation, and fraud and asset tracing. They hold a BA (Hons) in Law from Durham University and have extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a solicitor in various firms including Pinsent Curtis, Stephenson Harwood, and Walkers Attorneys-at-Law. Previously, Holligon served as a Director at Gough Advocates and is currently a Partner at Appleby, where they handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.
